- Royal Mail delivery on all orders
- Shipping to UK mainland only
- Some parcels may require a signature
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours although on occasions this may be later
- Please be aware that at busy times goods can take longer to receive, ie Christmas

It’s absolutely fine to change your mind! We understand that when you’re buying online things may not be as you imagined.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return any items in there original condition, with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items must be returned within 14 days.
The postage cost of any returns will be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty). Please report any faulty or damaged items to us via email (Please see the below section on returning a faulty or damaged item).
Any refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days of the item being received.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on any earrings due to hygiene reasons.
We do not accept exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged when received.
